Well, some people appreciate me and some people don't like me.
More than the results we've achieved, the thing that has impressed me the most is the spirit and determination the players have shown. I'm really proud of them and what they have achieved so far.
I was doing gymnastics in a leotard when wardrobe comes up to me and is like, 'It's time.'.
[HOW THEY DRESS.] Everyone has their different look, ... Will's got his knickers and crazy socks, and Taboo has his kung fu wear. I have to think of words to put my style into. I would say kind of urban gypsy, because I collect things, accessories, from all over the world [Asia, Africa, Brazil], and that is definitely what, for me, helps make an outfit my own.
[Ronaldo has returned to his native Madeira for the funeral and Fergie admitted he was not sure when the 20-year-old would be ready to return.] It's a difficult time for the boy, ... His dad was only 46. And it didn't help that Cristiano got the news when he was in Russia with Portugal.
S o it will be difficult, but I don't think we should be regarded as complete no-hopers.
Rooney's from Liverpool and everyone from that city has a chip on their shoulder, so if an injustice is done to him on the pitch, of course he is going to react.
I make sure I come here every year because this is what life is all about. It's the real people, the unsung heroes who I really admire.
[WHEN THEY TOUR.] When we are on the bus, it's all about being grubby, ... Taboo leaves his clothes everywhere. You'll find his shoes, his clothes, his scarves, his gloves. He definitely makes his mark.
[PASS THE PEAS.] I think I am the only one in the band who enjoys [black-eyed peas], ... When I am having a good soul-food meal, that is always on the menu. The guys aren't as fond of them. I think with them it's more of a metaphor.
[Sir Alex Ferguson yesterday backed Gabriel Heinze to emulate Steve Bruce and become a regular goalscorer from Manchester United's defence. Centre-back Bruce netted an incredible 19 goals back in 1991, most of them headers from set-pieces, and Fergie believes fearless Heinze can do the same 14 years on. Heinze got off to the perfect start this season with two goals in United's midweek 3-0 win over Debrecen, which sealed their Champions League place. And Fergie is adamant the Argentine can have the same impact as Bruce in terms of goals.] Gabi is brave enough, that's for sure, ... He's got so much courage. He's certainly prepared to put his head in there for set-pieces, as he showed the other night. He only managed one goal for us last season but he can definitely get a lot more than that. Steve Bruce got 19 for us back in 1991, which was exceptional. Gabi has similar characteristics to Brucie in that he won't hesitate to stick his head in.
He's 19 years of age, ... He's a fiery character and competitive. I think maybe when he sees things that are a bit of an injustice against him then he reacts like that.
Matches after international breaks are always a concern because we have so many players coming back from all over the place, ... But you hope the fact that it's against City is going to help lift them and get them fired up. The impetus of the team at the moment is very good.
