Anything would be better than what's there now.

In general, the people of California care about the environment. If we tell them why we're doing this, that we don't want these contaminants re-entering the environment, and if we tell them where to dispose of the items, I think we'll see a major change within three to six months.
In 40 years of fishing I've never seen a straight halibut bite like the one we've had. Back in the back bay there's usually lots of spotted bay bass. But to strictly get halibut and never get one with a hook mark in it, it's just been some incredible fishing.
